Dr. Mahesh Ghogare has completed his super specialty (DM Cardiology) in adult and pediatric cardiology from LTMMC and LTMGH, Sion Hospital, Mumbai. After that, he worked as Asst. Professor in the Department of Cardiology. Later, he joined Seven Hills Hospital Health City, Andheri, where he mastered coronary angiographies and angioplasties through the radial route, i.e., through the hand vessel—a highly skilled technique. There, he has performed more than 3,000 angiographies and more than 500 angioplasties, mostly through the radial route. He is an expert in complex congenital 2D and 3D echocardiograms. He is well trained for interventions in pediatric cardiac diseases like ASD, PDA, and MAPCA ligation.

He has vast experience in permanent pacemaker implantations, CRT, CRT-D, and ICD implantation. He has a special interest in carotid and renal angioplasties. He has many national and international publications to his credit. He has been invited as a guest speaker many times at conferences, including a live interview on television for public awareness of heart diseases. He has vast experience in handling international patients. He is always ready to handle cardiac emergencies and OPD consultations.
